Set concrete goals before you start

Three metrics that matter

  1. Repeat purchase rate: how many customers return within 30/60/90 days?
  2. Average basket size: do members spend more per visit than non-members?
  3. Lifetime value: how much do you earn from an average customer over 12 months?
