Step 1: Pick a program type
Go to Programs → Create new. Choose stamps or points (see the previous article if you are unsure).
Step 2: Define the reward
- What does the customer get? (A coffee, $5 off, free shipping — something concrete)
- How many stamps / points required? (10 is standard, but adjust based on frequency)
- When does it expire? (6 months is a good default for new customers)
Step 3: Use an existing theme
We have 6 ready-made colors and 4 typography presets. Pick one — you can change later. Don't spend 30 minutes designing a perfect card before you have a single customer.
Step 4: Test on yourself
Sign up as a customer with your own email. Award yourself a few stamps. Make sure the emails arrive and the QR code is readable on a phone.
