Customer Account Terms

Customers using our platform agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes, not to attempt to manipulate or abuse the loyalty system, and to follow the rules of individual loyalty programs.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Engage in fraudulent stamp collection or reward redemption
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Intellectual Property

The Loyaltey platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loyaltey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Governing Law
