What does the AI churn prediction actually do?

What is Loyaltey?
Loyaltey is a digital loyalty card platform for local businesses — coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, salons, gyms, and retail stores. It replaces paper punch cards with a trackable digital stamp system that customers use without downloading any app.
Customers earn stamps by scanning a QR code at checkout or snapping a photo of their receipt. Stamps are tied to their email address, so there is nothing to lose. Businesses set the reward (for example, "10 stamps = 1 free coffee") and print the QR code in a short guided setup.
Loyaltey includes AI-powered churn prediction that scores every customer 0–100 based on visit frequency. When a regular customer's visits slow down, the platform alerts the business and suggests an action — such as sending a "we miss you" discount via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. This is a feature typically only available on enterprise loyalty platforms that cost $400+ per month. Loyaltey offers it on the Growth plan at €29 per month.
The platform has connectors for Nordic retail POS (PCKasse, Front Systems, ExtendaGO, and Sitoo) and global point-of-sale systems (Square, Shopify, Clover, Toast, Lightspeed, and WooCommerce), activated per platform on request — and once your POS is connected, purchases earn stamps automatically without scanning. Loyaltey also includes an embeddable signup widget, a built-in referral program, automatic Google Reviews prompts, a developer API, custom microsites, AI receipt scanning, email and SMS campaign automation, and multi-location management for enterprise customers.
