What Loyaltey does not do
Read this before you choose a plan.
- Customer limits: Starter 100, Growth 2,500, Pro 5,000. Above that you need Enterprise.
- All paid plans are charged in euros (EUR).
- Loyaltey does not process orders, bookings or payments itself. It runs your loyalty program next to your existing till or POS, and receives order events from a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store to award stamps.
- More than one location requires Pro or Enterprise.
- There is no branded app in the app stores. Customers use a web card on their phone; Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are not available yet.
- Some POS integrations are activated on request rather than self-serve.
- No single sign-on and no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification yet.

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your QR code with any smartphone camera — it opens in their browser. Nothing to install, so there is no app-download step to lose people at — the biggest drop-off point on app-based loyalty platforms.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with up to 100 customers. For Growth, you get a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature — no credit card required.
What happens when I hit my customer limit?
We’ll notify you before you reach the limit. Upgrade anytime and keep growing. Your existing customers never lose access to their stamps.
Can I switch from paper punch cards?
Yes, and we’ll help you migrate. If customers have existing paper cards, we offer free migration support so no one loses their progress when you switch.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Paying annually costs 10 monthly payments, so two months are free: Growth is €290 a year (instead of €29 a month) and Pro is €590 a year (instead of €59 a month).
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. We also offer free migration if you’re moving from another loyalty platform.
What POS systems do you support?
Two groups. Nordic retail: PCKasse, Front Systems, ExtendaGO and Sitoo. Global: Square, Shopify, Clover, Toast, Lightspeed and WooCommerce. Some partner activations are enabled per account — the integrations page in your dashboard shows exactly what is live, and we activate the rest on request.
