Loyaltey + Front Systems

What it does

• Authenticates with your Front Systems integration user key.
• Awards loyalty on sales from your Front Systems stores.

How to set it up

1. Create an integration user in the Front Systems Backoffice Portal.
2. Paste its key into the Front Systems dialog in Loyaltey.

This integration is activated on request. Contact us and we will enable it for your account.

How customers are recognised

When a sale arrives, Loyaltey looks for the customer in this order: a POS customer or card it learned from an earlier purchase, the member barcode scanned from the wallet pass, then email and phone. Learned identifiers are stored only as keyed hashes. Sales that cannot be matched are listed in the dashboard so staff can link them, and every transaction is stamped at most once.
