Loyaltey + Lightspeed

What it does

• Connects with Lightspeed OAuth.
• Imports transactions and credits loyalty to matching customers, including multi-location accounts.

How to set it up

1. Click Connect on Lightspeed in Integrations → Point of sale and approve access.

This integration is activated on request. Contact us and we will enable it for your account.

How customers are recognised

When a sale arrives, Loyaltey looks for the customer in this order: a POS customer or card it learned from an earlier purchase, the member barcode scanned from the wallet pass, then email and phone. Learned identifiers are stored only as keyed hashes. Sales that cannot be matched are listed in the dashboard so staff can link them, and every transaction is stamped at most once.
