Loyaltey + LS Retail (LS Central)

What it does

• The connector exists, but no sale can reach Loyaltey through it yet: the Business Central extension that sends transactions has not shipped.

How to set it up

1. Not connectable yet. Contact us if you run LS Central and want to be told when it is.

How customers are recognised

When a sale arrives, Loyaltey looks for the customer in this order: a POS customer or card it learned from an earlier purchase, the member barcode scanned from the wallet pass, then email and phone. Learned identifiers are stored only as keyed hashes. Sales that cannot be matched are listed in the dashboard so staff can link them, and every transaction is stamped at most once.
